Students entering the UW may be admitted in a competitive process into the UW Honors Program, a four-year program in which students complete both general education and major requirements specified in the honors curiculum. These students become candidates for the degree “With College Honors.” If these students declare a major in the School of Forest Resources, they may achieve graduation with UW Honors by completing the requirements for either the ESRM or PSE honors programs. With Distinction
Students in the School of Forest Resources not choosing the University Honors Program may choose to complete School-levelhonors and receive a degree "With Distinction" in the ESRM or PSE major by completing 10 credits of honors work.
