You will receive email confirmation of your reservation within 24 hours. Reservations are taken in chronological order maintaining at least a 15-minute buffer between events. Use Guidelines Use of Anderson 22 is restricted to College of Forest Resources academic and administrative activities as follows: Anderson 22 is used primarily for seminars* (see restrictions below), small graduate classes* (see restrictions below), faculty meetings, staff meetings, student presentations, graduate examinations, research meetings, professional or public outreach College events, alumni meetings, social events, and advisory/visiting committee meetings. The room is not used for regularly scheduled lecture classes (LC), quiz (QZ) or lab (LB) sections. Anderson 22 is located on the ground floor of Anderson. Seating capacity classroom style is 48 persons. The room is equipped with overhead projector, AV cart, blackboard, easel white board, ceiling-mounted AV screen, and fluorescent and ambient lighting. Opaque window shades have been installed for optimum lighting during AV presentations. A 35mm slide projector with slide tray, and a high-lumen overhead projector are also available upon request. Coffee and tea service (paid by user) is available through the Dean's Offce. The room contains a refrigerator with freezer. When food and beverages are provided for an event, cleanup rules must be followed. Alcoholic beverages are allowed only with a authorized and posted UW Banquet Permit. Use Rules : Person reserving Anderson 22 is responsible for: -Restoring furniture and AV to the original classroom configuration. -Clearing all food, beverages, and meeting materials from room immediately after event; all food and materials not cleared away will be discarded. -Securing UW Banquet Permit for service of alcoholic beverages. -Closing and locking all windows after event. -Closing and locking door to room after event. -Promptly reporting problems with AV, lights, etc. to cfr-reservations@u.washington.edu
