The 2005 symposium was made possible by generous support from the College of Forest Resources and CFR Graduate Student Association. Several CFR graduate students helped plan and run the symposium, including Mitchell Almaguer-Bay, Kristine Cramer, Phil Higuera, Lesley Hoare, Garrett Liles, Jeremy Littell, Adam Mouton, Sarah Murray, Bianca Perla, Amy Ramsey, Lin Robinson, and John Withey.
Filming was done by Adam Mouton, Amy Ramsey, and Garrett Liles. Streaming video was created by Adam Mouton with the help of the Rural Technology Initiative using Microsoft Producer for PowerPoint 2003.
The 2004 symposium was organized by a volunteer group of CFR graduate students: Alicia Robbins, Amy Ramsey, Ara Erickson, Bill Webb, Derek Beauchemin, Garrett Liles, Kristine Cramer, Mariano Amoroso, Michael Case, Mitchell Almaguer-Bay and Sarah Murray.
