Mission:

The College Planning Committee (CPC) serves to solicit the views of the entire College community and is responsible for facilitating the formation and continual updating of the College's strategic vision and plans. Recommendations from the CPC are referred to the Dean for action.

The Committee's charge for the current academic year includes implementation of the three-year goals and objectives identified at our autumn 2005 faculty retreat; planning for the annual College recognition event; oversight of the College planning process; and planning the annual all-College retreat.

These 2005-2008 goals and objectives were fowarded to the College Planning Committee for implementation. The Planning Committee will assign responsibilities for the objectives and establish time lines for their accomplishment, and then will conduct periodic reviews of progress on goal accomplishment.
