Technical Representative:

Key Education, Research, and Technical Assistance Needs

Research:

• The influence of Northwest water and hydropower projects on ESA listed aquatic and terrestrial species, particularly the effects of removing migration barriers, screening water diversions, and increasing or improving flow regimes.
• Simple/rapid access to an array of research capabilities with reasonable overhead rates.

Technical assistance and education:

• Technical transfer and exchange of new science information.
• Developing collaborative relationships with other public agencies, universities, and non-governmental organizations.
