Description

 The goal of this class is to move the student teams forward on their projects by providing class work time and access to faculty and post-docs on an as-needed basis. PhD teams will work on pilot projects and the Masters and Undergraduate groups will conduct their field work and write up their results!

 Class Meetings

 There will be several scheduled class meetings, including presentations to the UE seminar speakers and a final presentation to the class. Final class presentations will be on the last class, June 3rd, with final papers due the following Tuesday, June 8th by 5pm.

May 13th: Paul Robbins, Associate Professor, Geography, Ohio State University: “Producing and Consuming Chemicals: The Moral Economy of the American Lawn”, 430pm 201 Wink Hall.

Dr. Robbins will also be presenting a seminar entitled, "The Politics of 'Barstool Biology': Knowledge, power, and elk in greater northern Yellowstone" at 1230 pm in Room 258 Mary Gates Hall
