Meeting Rooms

General Information

To reserve Anderson 22, Anderson 207, or Bloedel 292, first check the meeting rooms calendar. You can then reserve by emailing sefsadv@uw.edu. Include your name, phone, and title of the event, and the starting and ending time of the event (reservations should also include room setup and cleanup time). You will get a confirmation or a notification of a conflict within 24 hours. Your reservation will be posted on the web calendar.

Anderson 107A and Winkenwerder 103 have self-service reservation -- there are clipboards outside the rooms to sign up for whatever space is available. Anderson 107A signup is on the bulletin board across from the door to the room; Winkenwerder 103 signup is on the ledge just outside the door. For all other building/facilities matters, the email address is sefsbldg@uw.edu.

Contact sefsadv@uw.edu for use of the classrooms Anderson 304/306, Winkenwerder 105, and Winkenwerder 107 when they are not in use for classes.

Faculty and staff: If you need a projector or laptop for use in a classroom, you may use our online form to set up a reservation. SEFS has five projectors and four laptops available.
Students: The Student Technology Loan Program allows students to borrow laptops, cameras, projectors, and other equipment. To be eligible for the program you must be enrolled for the current quarter at the Seattle campus. First time users must bring their Husky card and a form of government-issued ID. There are 2 ways to check out equipment from our program:

  • Reservations: These are made at least 1-2 days in advance, which ensures you get the equipment you requested and allows for longer checkout times. They are available at our Kane and Health Sciences offices.
  • Same-days: These allows you to get access to the equipment you need with no prior reservations made, on a first-come-first-served basis. However, these items are for shorter checkout periods and are more limited in supply. Available at our HUB and Health Sciences offices.
