Professional staff employees will receive a 4.5% average increase on September 1st. The increases will be distributed according to merit and market considerations and will reflect merit and relative performance within the various units of the College. All supervisors have been asked to prepare annual performance reviews and merit recommendations by June 1.
Represented classified staff will receive increases July 1st, as negotiated by their individual labor union bargaining units, generally 3.2%. Unrepresented classified staff will receive a 3.2% increase September 1.
